You may CANCEL this transaction, without any Penalty or Obligation, within 2 hours before shipping process begins. Any payments made by you will be returned within TEN BUSINESS DAYS following your cancellation notice via e-mail only. Upon receiving your products, should you decide to return the products, you should e-mail us NOT LATER THAN MIDNIGHT OF THE DAY you received your products. You must make sure the products are in good condition as when received. Admin fee of £250 will be deducted from your payment. The return shipment of the goods is at your expense unless in the event that we accidentaly sent you wrong or damaged products. If you fail to send the goods to us within 20 days, then you remain liable for performance of all obligations under the contract. If the cookware arrives damaged, used and is not in its original packaging, a restocking fee of 15% plus £250 Admin fee will apply.
